These metals are versatile since they have a wide range of qualities. Since there is only one material forming the these meshes, there are no fretting strands, welds or stressed connections to worry about. Due to the uniform design, our Expanded Metals yield a versatile and robust material, which may be applied to various applications. These are also well-suited for forming. Therefore, they can be easily processed and formed processed using shearing, pressing, and other processes. Rather than drilling a hole in the material, we use a tool to stretch and slit the metals to produce a hole. It will reduce the material cost significantly as compared to the alternative method of perforation that results in unprocessed material being discarded.
